This is a new brass padlock, which is Keyed-Alike. Its 1/8" thick shackle ID has clearance of 3/8" wide x 7/16" high when closed.

These are typically used for keyboard and mouse cables and other low-security applications. 

All keys are numbered so you can add keyed-alike locks at a later date.
